Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped as standard with DHL or a forwarding agency. The transport takes place as an insured package or as an insured letter. The packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
Shipping within Germany (national)
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 3.95 euros1) per order.
Cash on delivery is not possible with us.

Shipping within European Union
The shipping costs within the European Union are a flat rate of 11.50 euros per order without VAT.²)
2) Prices include the statutory value added tax of the respective European country. Therefore the shipping costs may vary accordingly.
Shipping outside the European Union and worldwide
The shipping costs are at least 12,50 Euro*
If you require shipping to a country that is not available in our online store, please send us an e-mail (info@vecnum.com) before placing an order, stating the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will inform you shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
